Happy Friday!

Stayed on track yesterday except for the nuts! I feel they are nutritionally important but when I "go nuts" something else has to give.

Today, nuts will be the least of my worries. I've got a lasagna dinner to go to tonight - kind of a mini family reunion for DH. I have a plan to minimize the damage, but there definitely will be damage.

Now for Challenge Updates:

1) All indiscretions will be recorded.

2)I will to find time to exercise today or DFW will send her cows after me. And yes, GG, I should have gotten up early to do it, but I slept in instead. Of course, you could start a Get Your Butt Out of Bed and Exercise Challenge and shame me into joining!

Yum, lasagna! Another one of my vices. I would just have to indulge and make up for it later. Starving myself beforehand really doesn't work, because then I really over indulge. Just have fun and try to exercise some restraint. :) You've shown that you are actually pretty good at that.

Good for you!! I hate setting rules for myself, because then I know they are important enough to follow them. I guess that would make it a love / hate relationship. ~tig

If you want a serious "mind-game", I wish you could listen in to the one I have Every Morning as I convince myself to just GET UP! For me that is the hardest part of excercising in the morning...Getting my Butt Out of BED! PS...I agree on the need for calorie free nuts! In the meantime, we will have to settle for the low carb part.

Have a great weekend BB, maybe have a big salad and lots of water before going to your lasagna dinner tonight? Good for you for having a plan in place to deal with it and I admire your honesty in recording everything. :)

GG, can you record that mind game for the rest of us? I don't even have an alarm clock. I just shoot out of bed with all kinds of obscenities when I realize the things I've forgotten to do. I know...not pretty
