I've reduced my coffee from 2 or 3 a day down to just the am coffee but I'm hesitant to drop it. With the hypothyroidism, even on the meds, I get wiped out at a certain point throughout the day and it's hard to function well. Doc has no issue with me having coffee thru the day. He knows I feel better at the lower end of the scale than he wants me at for health's sake so we kinda compromised in the middle between where I feel awesome and where he says I need to be to be safer. I'm making up the difference with a coffee or 2 during the day.
Need to get back into the fitness center this week. Last week's schedule knocked me out of my new routine and I didn't get in at all. Thinking about paying for a gym to get access to the machines for some muscle building. With my wrists it's hard to get into it with the free weights I've got but I know (from experience) I can do it on the machines with little modification. Maybe I can find a week free somewhere and then no contract...I'll have to check into it.
