On the road again... Actually it's on the train again... Or I will be soon heading home after a wondeful NYC weekend. But starting my day, week & new month off right... Praying for serenity & prepared to take it this one day, meal, moment, bite or emotion at time.

I'm really happy with how the weekend went as being away from home has been a struggle for me with my eating in the past, but not this time:)! And I'm ready for the trip home as Ive already begun logging my food again & have meals and snacks planned.

Hope you all had a great Easter weekend! And now that's it April, spring is just around the corner.... No April's Fools! Xoxox.

Hope you have a safe trip home. Then you can get back into your regular eating habits. Bet you'll feel better about the weekend after you rest up. Bet there will be no long term damage!
