Did really well at dinner. I ended up futzing around this am and didn't get breakfast but wasn't super hungry. Should've eaten to get the metab going but oh well. Did not eat the cheese dip and crackers, didn't have dessert and chose only the good things for me for my dinner plate. Drank like 6 glasses of water while I was there. Broccoli, stuffed mushrooms (onion, ham, cheese, worcestershire), a little ham and a deviled egg. Had 3 deviled egg halves for dinner since it was getting late. Tomorrow I'll be back to normal but wish I'd done more grocery shopping yesterday. Not much in the fridge. I'll have to stop after work tomorrow for something for dinner or I'll end up with an omelette (but no cheese...)

Hoping the salt content gets evened out. Noticing my jeans were tight this evening so I don't know what will end up for the am...Not freaking out. I did good.
