I can't even deal with this. Not just plateau, actually back up again almost a pound.
Now what? Down 300 calories a day to under 1000? I can't even think about that.
So depressed.
75.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
