I've made a decision today. I need to work harder on this weight loss and life style change. I've been resting on my laurels when it comes to finesse. I see all the great success photos all of you post and I tell myself, it's ok Clair, your doing all you can. the truth is, I could do more walking and I started today. I walked around our complex and got 2200 steps in this morning. I was so greatful it was cool out today. I'm making a commitment to start doing that every morning. so please you guys, keep me on my toes. I need to be accountable.

Congratulations, Clair, on working toward more fitness! You have lost 65 pounds, so you certainly have "laurels!" Being stronger and feeling more fit will certainly add to your beautiful accomplishments!
