I haven't weighed in yet on here because I haven't seen the scale move....HOWEVER....I've got TOM coming any day now, and I feel like I look a little better than I did the first week of starting the new job...

...basically, I'm trying to wait and see if this is going to be one of those instances where you don't see any change for weeks, then suddenly BAM! few pounds gone ;)

I've also taken steps to help me not binge out...things like ridding my apartment of tasty temptations (peanut butter) and making allowances for a minor snack towards the end of my work day (120 calories or less). It seems to be helping a little bit.

Happy Tuesday. Let's see if tomorrow brings the massive amounts of snow everyone's crying about, or if it'll be another false alarm.

Hope you're doing well! Let us know if getting rid of the extra snacks helped. I've gone back to tofu lately. My scale hasn't moved at all :(.
