I know this simple diet works and works very well! Many, many people have proven it over and over - my wife even showed me how well it works (she has met her goal and gone well beyond!) So, why the heck can't I, won't I stick to it? I've already lost over 50 pounds! Why don't I just stick with it for a simple 18 additional pounds?

I don't know, but I know I would get tired of shakes all the time. I do shakes in the morning sometimes because it's low calories and high protein. But I my mouth wants to eat food. If you drink 200 calories and eat 200 calories, you will be much more satisfied by eating actual food. Maybe try a shake in the morning and then plan out a healthy lunch. You might be bored and need more variety. If you find your gaining, then go back to the shakes. You might just need to "shake" it up, lol! Pun intended!
