Yes I splurged moving my daughter and wanted a slush

Oh it's good to have treats and splurges so long as it's not a continuous daily thing! I had my first pint of Ben & Jerry's full fat ice cream last week and it was enjoyable and I didn't gain any weight.

This weekend is a splurge we have been gogogo since Thursday. So far though my calorie intake is way less then calories burnt.
