Near 15 hours sleep. Set my mind to lift till it hurt yesterday and ended up setting a new sleep record after. This 'get some meat on the bones' trip bring changes.

Erika. It's the free Huawei Health app that I use together with a low price Honor Band 4. Wanted to check my heart rate during sleep, rest and exercise. Plus check my sleep data. So far, lifting weights has given the most positive effect on sleep. Will try to look for patterns, that may eventually lead to some personal 'good sleep notes'
