Im out of town and dont have a scale so I wont weigh in until Monday. Good thing because I ended up way over my RDI yesterday. We went out to eat and I chose a grilled chicken sandwich and ended up ditching the bun. That was fine but the waffle fries... 🤤 And then there was a cookie cake for a birthday, and then a cupcake... and then I drew the line! 😁 It was delicious though. I have my snacks for today that Im trying to stick with and Ive already almost got my steps in, then do it again tomorrow!
