A new low! I stood on the scale shocked at the number. And then I stepped on again and it was a different number but Im sticking with my first one! 🤣 Im surprised because I felt like I grazed the entire day. When I updated my log though, I was a little over my RDI but not by much.

We did an EMOM last night and all of the even minutes were 50 Jump Ropes. My calves are so tight I feel like Im hobbling.
113.2 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
