What a difference a day makes. Yesterday's detox was a total success with 13 net carbs. Calories were through the roof but I successfully resisted evening snacking (which was the whole purpose of the exercise).

Will repeat experiment today and then Monday will get back to the business of trying to lose some weight. Can't wait!

Buffy the snacking is my worst enemy at night..some nights I do better than others..I try to leave enough cals just for that hungry feeling I always get...do you think its just habit??..Great job on your detox..I'm rooting for you..:O)

Well done. Love your experiments, Buffy. I'm with Bren, trying to stay away from snacking is so tough.

Bren - it is definitely a habit - that is why yesterday's musing included a trip to a Psychiatrist since it would be physically impossible for me to be hungry after eating a big chicken dinner!
