Okay, I'm back from a 3 day vacation trip that did involve a little alcohol and sweets. Just a break, and now back to it. I 'gained' 2.5 lbs., but I'm sure I'll drop it again soon. I'll record when I'm back on the downlow. We had a fun birthday weekend at the Newport Jazz Festival. It was worth a little flexible eating.
