I am really struggling these days. With my daughter and her family staying with us for a whole month, it’s been hard to stick to my diet. Our daughter is married to a military man, and they move all over the world. Right now they’re in transition to Washington State from Alaska. Stopping off in California to see family and friends. We have been going to family gatherings with my daughter and her family on weekends. I’m constantly fixing food for her kids, i.e. cupcakes, ice-cream and brownies in the house. I try to fix the kids fruit snacks, but they are tried of fruit. I love them all, but look forward to having my house back again without the junk food around.
