Lol. I’ve been saving those m&ms since Easter. Still have half a bag :/. Such a small snack and I am still full. I can eat tons of almonds tho. Two servings of each there plus the shake.

I read in my book that 120g is needed for me and I need to eat it in 30g sittings for stuff like shakes that metabolize quickly. Don’t think I can follow his route in meals of like 3 meals, pre and post workout snacks and a bedtime snack with 30g each sitting. At 1500 normally that’s just 250 kcal per meal which is one sandwich 😖.

I also mix a shake using protein, bcaa and creatine. The book suggests them separately. I believe one before, one during and one after. Yeah that’s too much for me to drink and I gotta have the bcaa powder to mask the taste of the other two. He has like 3-4 shakes a day! Plus I love how his protein is $18 in the book but online it’s really $40! Same price as my caramel shakes I love so much ❤️.
