Drifting down slowly but it's downward. Considering I'm in someone else's house with food options I don't usually have (and I'm eating them...), I'm ok with the speed for now. Massage last night, could still use another but will wait. A couple months without tweaking and then traveling is no bueno for my muscles.

Will try to get into the pool before it rains today, hit one of the jets into my shoulders. There's a tropical depression out there so no telling when we'll get the rain today and thru the rest of the week.

But puppies.
