Pretty sure I got some HIIT in today. The kids broke out water guns at the party. Then water balloons. When they ‘got’ me I had to chase them and get them back! At least 3 times of that plus one ‘race’ against a 5 yr old so like 1-2 blocks distance at the slowest jog I could manage. My watch shows 8 minutes of exercise lol.
While I dislike running I do love chasing after my kids and racing them. Not the oldest as she always wins lol. Plus she complains so yeah.
I know I did some good cause my legs are a bit achy. They sure didn’t get that way from the 6 tiny cookies I ate or putting up decorations. All that have me was a sore neck lol.
Such a wonderful day! Overate calorie wise but not bad. Still plan to have a bedtime snack. I’ve found that I eat less if I snack at night. If I don’t then I have a decent breakfast the next day that ends up putting me over. 200-400 snack is less than 400-800 breakfast. Cause let’s face it... I’m gonna snack some either way. 🤷♀️ That’s just me and everyone is happier if I do lol.
