I'm going to buy a new scale. This one is still really inconsistent and it's frustrating. I can see I'm losing weight, others can see it. I got on the scale this am and got 192.4 which I think is correct but then I double-checked it later and I'm getting 194.4, 193.8, 194.2. UGH. Oh well. Letting it go. Going to walk over to Publix to buy coffee instead of driving, have some decent hilly areas to get there so that will be good to burn a little too. Laundry today back and forth to the other building, up and down my stairs. Otherwise, a lot of consulting, sitting on the couch. I'm going to attempt to work out at the fitness center later but I have to do it after the consulting or I'll pass out after and never get it done ;)

I want to count the 192.4 but I think I'll wait until I get the new scale. It would be worse to think it was right and then find out I'm really off....
