So I thought that my body was catching up, but now I think maybe Ive had food poisoning for the last two days. Ive only had it once before and it was way different. I had breakfast pizza yesterday morning (thinking the prev day was a bloop) and it was way too rich and heavy. I ended up going home from work with pain and stomach cramps and sleeping for about 4 hours. I was ready for bed by 9:30 which is way weird for me. Anyway I had Ramen last night for dinner because I thought I could use the sodium and Ive been sipping on gatorade. Im not being real fussy about my macros right now until I start to get over it. Got my gatorade and toast today so we will see how it goes.
