Despite hovering over goal #1 basically this whole year, I've achieved 2 NSV's in the last 3 months. #1 I'm loose on my last hole on my belt #2 I can fit comfortably into this XXL shirt I bought 6/3/18. It is much more like an XL as I have been XXL for a long time...

I understand the obsessing over the scale number, I've been basically the same number on the scale since December. But my body composition is much different now as to then, (that's why I'm glad I've taken pics and measurements) I was stuck on the number thing for a while, but as of late have been appreciating the nsv's much more! Your looking very fit in this pic! Those scale numbers can be very deceiving! Good job, and you need a new belt now!!!

Thanks! I really don't obsess, I just think I should be losing more that I am since I have a good amount to lose still. And he'll no, I'm getting the drill out soon to make another hole in this belt! 😛

It's more about the mirror and measurements for men who lift than the scale. I see more and more proof all the time. Nice work! I weigh the same as when I started up again last April yet I look radically different.

Scales are way too 1 dimensional and they dont even do that really well.
