Well,l the day is almost over and I haven't even journalled yet!

Busy today - DH is home and we've been out and about enjoying the spring like weather.

Will catch up with everybody tomorrow.

spring like weather. Very nice, Buffy. And look at those protein numbers. I was treated to some fresh almond milk made fresh by my upstairs neighbours last night and some coconut milk as well. I'm not one for milk of any kind, really, but the treat was nice. I had my protein with the almond milk and thought fondly of you.
