I'm up super early today and actually NOT working. Today is the Color Run in Orlando, a 5K that I originally thought I'd try to partially run but have done absolutely nothing in the way of training so I'm going to walk it with Shelly. It makes it less embarrassing to not run since she hurt her ankle and we'll do it together without her holding back on my account. It's also not timed, just for fun. Should be awesome. So it's 615am and I'm having coffee to try to perk up before I go.

I was spot-on with my food yesterday and walked about 30 minutes (to and from the atm for a deposit) but i realized HOW out of shape I am now. And I don't like it. Need to change that. I keep putting work first, then friends/kids/family, then me. I need to take my own advice. If I don't take care of me, I can't take care of them. It's easier to put me last but not as beneficial. I'll have to think on that one...

I'll probably journal again later today. C-ya!
