Today is a me day...

Happy happy Friday to everyone...positive energy to everyone...

It’s easy to get caught up in helping ...and put me on the back burners...no workouts in 2 days even though I was moving and burning a different was...ate at China buffet yesterday for lunch...and then came home to a comfy recliner..

Yes the weight is up...salt weight..

So today..a workout on zwift...need to get back into focus...no longer about weight but maintaining where I’m at...if the flab changes into muscle great..if not...just another day...

Was 46 when I got outta bed at 5am...had to turn on furnace...little nippy in house..last nite air was on...went to bed with fan on..half way thru night was covering my head..cause it was down right cold...but didn’t want to turn fan off...

Well..as always things to do..just taking time out to update the ole journal..and empty these thoughts...

17.75 miles..have been riding lately..just been to exhausted...and have to admit..was 2 pm..before I found the energy today..but made my way to the trainer..first 5 miles the hardest...after that..was in the mood...
