Yesterday I carb loaded. It was a birthday party for a dear friend of mine. There were definite consequences. 10.6mmols for four hours at bedtime. It doesn’t often happen but this past two weeks have been rough. I’ll have to lock it up and just push through the emotional mess and just stay on target.

What happened to change your behavior the last 2weeks

Dr. Puppers: Just dealing with the quiet home without my corgi. It’s not just me that misses her, my kids and my husband miss her. Easter is also when we have visitors, my in-laws, their eating and drinking habits are more intense than ours. So we indulge them but it also causes us to fall off balance. All of it all happening at once. Pretty much did me in.
