Day166: First day staying in my caloriesv but went over on sodium and net carbs. But I fig it would be like this for a lil bit until I get my body use to not taking in so many calories. Still not going to weigh in until at least a solid week of eating right and doing right by my self.

well good job staying in your calorie limit. Gotta start somewhere. You will be back on track in no time at all!

VERY well done staying within RDI. That's the thing to do. To be honest, I do NOT care about carbs, and as long as you don't go nuts on salt constantly, then I wouldn't care about that either. You're not here to lose water, right? :) Focus on lowering your calorie intake, and you WILL lose fat. Then, when you get further in the game, focus on lowering the sodium, and maybe consider tweaking your carbs. The only difference carbs do (in my opinion, and many will disagree) is make you hungry for MORE carbs. Cut them out, and you will have less cravings for sweets. But bottom line will always be "consume less than you burn and you will lose weight". Don't make it harder on yourself than neccessary. :)

Good plan. Things will even out, and your body will adjust. Remember... Water, water and more water... :D
