I like this magazine and have been following it for years. They sell vitamins and supplements, etc, but they also print all kinds of well written educational materials.

I take a 50k unit weekly - haven't noticed anything better or worse but I still take it. The doc prescribed it or I'd have to take half a bottle OTC to match that volume.
