hey, does it still count if I were once a teen and now that I'm aging still want to lose weight? just set your goal or goals......get your focus aligned.....and then eat and train properly. You'll get there. You know have a community of people working on their goals...diets...health...training....and even careers. Your in the right place to learn, identify, assess, and more! good luck on your journey to a healthier you.

Hello and welcome. If you feel like you can share a little information here it helps people make better, more personalized comments to things you might ask. Male/female, age, and how tall are you. Response to someone who is 120 lb. and 5’9” would be different from what the response might be to someone 4’11”. Good group of helpful people here.
