Seeing the amount of calories pop up when I entered 1/2 oz of cheese because a cut a little slice and ate it, just because I was putting up the cheese someone left out, made me realize how much I was eating of just careless calories. That 55 calories adds up when this happens all the time. Charting my food and being honest with every little bit has helped me see how much I was consuming. Way way to much for one person.
