For those who have consistently lost at least a pound a week; do you think it is because you are staying faithful to your diet? How many are being able to maintain this. And how many calories are you eating to lose one pound a week? About this time in a diet I stop losing, but as I look back every time I started eating more. Just little stuff here and their and a little more at servings. In my mind I would convince myself the I was staying on track and still not losing. How many admit this too. losinghbut truthfully I was eating more.

I have been trying to keep it to 1500 cal a day. When I do this I lose about 2 pounds a week. But it’s really hard to do this, and I get regular exercise like walking but I only manage to work out once a week. If I had been more consistent, I would be at my goal weight by now! For me, stress and exhaustion get in the way of taking really good care of myself.
