I’m throwing in the towel. I’ll try something else I guess. Keto does not work for me. Right back at 210 again. I just feel like I’ve done everything right. So, idk what’s next.

I think it works for some and it doesn't for others. I have more success at it than my husband does. Keep trying and you will find whats right for you.

Sorry to hear that but I can understand where you are coming from. I think calorie counting is always there. Eat on a deficit but not too large of a deficit. Good luck. Keep posting

Alright so your at 210, Lets go with a new plan and next mini goal 200! :)

Maine Coon - yes! That’s what I’m going to do. I recalculated my stats and calorie intake is 1750. I’m having a hard time eating that many calories. But, will persevere.
