Rode my bike to and from home to dojang. It was 3.6km both ways. Elevation on the way back was 74M as I live on the steepest hill on the west coast!! I only had to dismount once to walk the bike (who I’ve named Bruce) around a bend and then rode the rest of the way home. Lungs were not used to it but that’s ok! They will adapt!
