I’m getting impatient with my body. Yesterday, I was feeling really good and was thinking I could get back to it and go to Black Belt class on Friday. But I was awakened by pain early this morning again. Seeing the Chiro today thankfully. I know I need time, time seems to be going slow in my body and fast outside. 😓
