I injured myself quite badly! I had 2-3 neck vertebrae out, my collarbone out again, and this time 2 ribs popped! The chiropractor fixed me up on Friday but I went to weapons class and set myself back and the pain was incredible! I hope I can sleep tonight! So this week will be 50-70g carb week.
