I ate a pink one it was amazing ... ya I don’t usually partake. But I ate one (which lemme tell ya it was like baby Jesus sprinkles heaven on this tiny scrumptious delicatessen) but I only had the urge to eat one. I’m harnessing my inner Rosio and keeping it classy with moderation. And I knew you would appreciate this Chris! 🍩 Expert.

I had a large lump of dough myself this morning! Was so tasty. I have another in the freezer for later in the week. It's so nice being able to lose weight and eat any darn thing we like, just not as much of it.

Gogogirl59, no food is bad if it is eaten in moderation and not on a daily basis. Food is not our enemy. Our relationship with food is what is important. For some of us there are foods we can't eat for health reasons. Other than that, proper nutrition is key. 💙

Gogo... I don’t think it’s so much about rewards as figuring out where sweets fit it to a healthy eating plan. It sounds like you know that it takes a long time to correct harmful behaviors. Most humans will not stay away from treats like donuts, pizza, cake, beer, wine, whiskey, spaghetti, tacos, cheeseburgers, etc.

Move beyond criticizing what other people eat, stick with your own plan and if eating doughnuts helps someone else stick with their plan long term, more power to them.

While I was kidding about the Long John *regrets* I am fairly certain the chocolate covered oreo's today were simply awesome. Unfortunately my wife indicated I ate the wrong ones. So, now going to buy more. I love the crazy folk on here.
