Saw the Cardiologist today. He's happy and impressed. Wants me to continue Keto & IF along with my exercise regimen. He hopes to get me off more meds by this time next year. He's actually a little concerned that I may get my BP too low, so he wants me to keep monitoring it as my weight drops and my exercise increases. Awesome dinner of Smoked Brisket with pickles and onions tonight. Feeling awesome. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
