Much better night. Had 70g of carbs before first kickboxing class, survived the second black belt class! Did get the shakes but when I checked my blood glucose it was 7.0mmols. I dunno what that’s about. Nearing the end of my third class which was BJJ, I didn’t roll at the end and checked blood glucose and it was 5.9mmols. Checked again before eating and it was 6.2mmols 30mins after class.
