I'm sorry you felt disappointment when your workout partner didn't follow through. I workout alone all the time so I'm used to it. It is boring and takes a lot of motivation to make myself go to the gym and do my routine. I hope you can find someone who's company you enjoy and is equal to your level and intensity of workouts and workout schedules.

I do it after every set when I track. I never know exactly what I'm doing until I'm there. It takes very little time..
