Bit of a re-feeding day today. Actually ate breakfast. Then did a 4 1/2 mile hike at the State Park. Now its a 1/2 lb cheeseburger (no bun). For dinner, I have a Pork Butt Roast in the pressure cooker. This coming week I get to see the results of this current diet experiment. Blood work tomorrow, semi-annual check-up with the G.P. on Wednesday and my annual visit to the Cardiologist. 3 months into this plan, I'd like to see low blood sugar, low triglycerides and high HDL.
