Good morning,
Returning again lol to get myself back on track...nope I shouldn't have left and Im more aware of that than all of you know...
Ive been reading so many post and journals and just thinking how great everyone is doing...
Back on track since Monday … Yes Im up about 15 lbs since 313 days ago to me that's not a biggie
BUT I really...really need to improve on what I have preached so many times before... to continue this as a lifestyle and not just stop because Ive reached a goal ...this is a typical pattern for me...but a lesson learned hopefully this time out.
