Rotary Club luncheon today. Limited myself to a couple ounces of boneless, skinless chicken breast with a little lettuce. After my evening walk with the dog, I cooked us some bacon & eggs and served it with avocados (for me) and shredded cheese (for the dog). All in all a very pleasant day.
