Not weighing in this am. Of course the scale says something different...ate a banana and headed to the gym. Feel cracked out. 😛😛😛. About to go tear it up at the gym. Trying new things

Was reading about TKD and what I should have had was just straight sugar and not the fruit. Meh next time right?? Lol. Felt great though. Hardly any muscle fatigue and was rly able to watch my form and push myself. All from a lil 🍌

Don’t forget going to the gym every day you will be building up a lot of muscle so scales won’t do you justice

Lmao!! I tried half this am and I think it’s perfect. The whole thing made me feel like I did three shots and smoked a blunt. I am also trying protein in the “window” as Chris puts it. Seems to rly be helping.
