Haven’t blogged in a few days. So I’m trying out the Keto diet now. Does this site support tracking for it and I’m having a hard time staying in my calorie count because of all the fat and neat you have to eat. Can someone help me figure all this out. Thanks in advance

How is it going? Maybe find a macro calculator to check how much you should be eating. Do not worry that much about calories the first few days. The most important thing is to get in ketosis. Read blogs on the diet doctor site. Good luck
