Looks like I've gotten into full blown ketosis. Dropped 4.4 lbs in 6 days. Finally moved the graph into the Yellow zone. Pretty stoked. The plan is to continue with combined Keto and IF. Eating in a 4 hr or shorter window with some OMAD days. As long as it keeps working, I'll not tinker with it. I do need to up my fat intake a bit. I'm thinking about making some Coconut Fat Bombs. Anyone ever try them? They look delicious. Well, best wishes on everyone's continued success and I hope y'all have a great week.

Hey TX we just might be twins! I am doing Keto, IF, and adding in OMAD when I can. It seems easier to do OMAD during the week for me so that’s my plan. And yes, I’ve made the coconut fat bombs and I have a stash in my fridge wrapped in foil for a treat now and then. I keep them in foil and at the back of my fridge so I don’t see them every time I open the fridge. So far so good! Good luck to you on your journey!!!
