Tried out my new Power Quick Pot. I made a sugar free dry rub with mesquite flavoring, salt, pepper, and garlic. I'm impressed. I put the ribs in with 1/3 cup of water. Turned it on and set it for pork. about 45 min later, I've got delicious ribs that quite literally fell off of the bone. This machine is a keeper.
