Went to the gym yesterday and did some weights. Sort of random but I bumped up the upper body poundage and I do feel it today.
Resisted going for sushi with my gym buddy because I had already planned my dinner. Went home and snacked. Planning to fast some today, going to get out and shovel and maybe dance tonight.
Town voting, a little shopping, cleaning up some, maybe over to the donation place too. Posted a bunch of stuff to get rid of and those are being picked up today.
