I have a question concerning the Turkish Get Up. I prefer only those who have used this and those who are currently using it in their wo routine. I've seen plenty of instructor on YouTube promoting it as the next best thing...but I want to hear from you. This is what I would like to know: (1) overall impression, (2) have you noticed a difference from doing it, and if so how long did it take? (3) what is your routine (4) what weight are you currently using, and what did you start with (5) How long you been doing TGUs? I started today with 5lb and did 3 sets of 19 reps on each side, with 1 min rest between sets.
