Day 0: Had some planned binge foods last week - Doritos, chocolate bars, hot chocolate; wasn't satisfying in the least! Tired of winter, of being in this body, of my current life. So, time to change it, and only I can do that. Putting my real self out here is a bit daunting, but one day I will read this and be proud of how far I've come.

My total loss is about 30 pounds (355 Sept 2015). Hovered around 340 for years, 335 end of Dec. I want to lose more than 5 pounds a month, tho; I am not sure how much I can lose in a healthy way per month without feeling crazy or going into a binge. I have have disordered eating all my life (overeating as a child, dieting at 12, bulimia as a teen, compulsive overeating/binges to yo-yo diets, etc). I've done the Eating Disorders workshops and met with nutritionists. I feel more balanced in my food now, done alot of therapy/mental work, so feels like this year I will succeed! Last week, it finally clicked: I need to eat properly the rest of my life. No more fads, short term losses, this is my life. How do I want to spend it?
