Day 42, Month 2: Ok, not thrilled with today's weigh-in, but if I am honest with myself I haven't been real diligent about the quality of food I've been intaking nor my exercise. I did get a workout session in yesterday, and I've already got my workout attire laid out for after work today.

I also start my 3 Day refresh today, we'll see how effective it is (as long as I adhere to the program!) come Thursday's weigh in!
