I was up and att'm early this morning. After my really good weigh-in yesterday I decided to eat light for breakfast so as to not spoil my momentum. So far I have been hanging in there and temptations have been few. I am determined to reach goal soon. I only have 1.8 pounds to go to reach goal, but I should probably lose and additional 3 pounds in order to stay at goal weight in normal street clothes.
